This is a great product period it was easy to install period the app setup was a little bit more tricky, but after getting the proper help with it, I was able to set up the lock and it has been such a convenience period I highly recommend this product to anyone.That is looking for a smart lock period I got it at a great price.And I have recommended to several of my friends and family members period.

Nice unit but had a lot of difficulty connecting to Bluetooth. Also, the connector wire is so tiny and hard to plug in. Don’t understand why they make the customer deal with such items. I was so fed up at one point, I almost returned the unit. Finally got the Bluetooth to work with another phone.
