great product terrible service

this review isnt for the stool which i love but its rather for best buy's service. initially sent the wrong color stool, then i had to go back to the store to return it. then they sent the right color but one of the two stools i ordered was broken, so had to go back again. they finally got it right.
I would recommend this to a friend
