Mad Season - Above - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Alice in Chains vocalist Layne Staley teams with Seattle pals Mike McCready (Pearl Jam) and Barrett Martin (Screaming Trees) in the tradition of other part-time grunge aggregations like Brad and Hater. These 10 numbers-mostly somber, acoustic-hued ballads like the single InchRiver of DeceitInch-are a therapeutic soul-cleansing for the troubled Staley. Album Tracks 1. Wake Up 2. X-Ray Mind 3. River of Deceit 4. I'm Above 5. Artificial Red 6. Lifeless Dead 7. I Don't Know Anything 8. Long Gone Day 9. November Hotel 10. All Alone
