  Works with the Maestro control module; was able to use my factory amp, sub, backup cam, and steering wheel controls with aftermarket deck, and integrates in OBD with tire pressure, gauges, and “idiot light” statuses.

  I used this for my Corolla and it allowed me to keep the steering wheel controls. You still need to buy the Maestro interface, and it's kinda pricey, but it works really well with the Pioneer AVH headunits. I have access to features that I didn't have before. For example, I had my TPMS light on for years because one of the sensors went bad. The dealership wanted $100 to diagnose which tire had the bad sensor. This set up allowed me to see which one it was. It also gives me CEL diagnoses.

  I needed this harness for an aftermarket radio that I was installing in my car. I've had no problems whatsoever.
