Easy to use but unfortunately doesn’t grind even soft ingredients well at all. Leaves chunks even after several spins. (Eg. Tried to grind fresh ginger pieces, coconut pieces with tomatoes). Wish it could be returned (outside the 15-day window).

I really liked this blender. It's a good size and blends very very well, and comes with the right number of pieces. However, it stopped working at just over 90 days and I am not pleased. Anytime an electronic does that it feels purposeful as 90 days is an average return/refund window for most stores. I was careful with how I used it too. I never ran it for more than 30 seconds, never went over the max fill line, ect., and the motor still failed. I'm frustrated because if I felt like this machine has lasted an appropriate amount of time I would buy another in a heartbeat. But the suspiciously short lifespan is holding me back, and since I'm outside the return period now I can't even request a replacement.

It can barely blend a banana. It is not powerful at all, and the blades are very blunt. I would not recommend this product.

I got this in part to chop some vegetables up and instead it just puree'd everything. I tried to do all the different "techniques" the guide showed how to do and I still couldn't get it to do anything else. If you're looking for something that'll make a smoothie, this will do that. Just don't expect it to do anything else.

Don't waste your money on this blender! Product broke on the first weeks of use This product can’t crush frozen fruit or ice. Very unhappy with product as it was not capable to make a decent smoothie. I was told by Best Buy personal it was a great product... guess I won’t be listening to them anymore when choosing a product.

Purchsed few months back. It is too noisy and blade is not efficient. Blade get loose in a month or two.

Had a Ninja for a few years, never tried the Bullet. I have to admit, I'm pretty disappointed...it doesn't blend up frozen fruit well, particularly strawberries. And, definitely not ice. It's like it gets the job mostly done, but can't quite finish. I suspect it's the low-watt motor. Spend a little more, get one that is a bit more high-powered or go Ninja!

Product was failing after two months of twice/week use. Was forced to pay shipping on a replacement blade, when motor was seizing, with a strong electrical smell, after 45 seconds. New blade was used with same results - surprise! Now have to pay an additional shipping cost to replace the motor unit.

This blender is NOT durable at all. I bought it for my college student to make his smoothie. He used it just once and the second time he tried to use it, it was broken. Very disappointed!

I bought this blender in Oct. I went out of country and when I came back in Feb, I used it first time. I ran it for 20 secs and found out that there was somw burning smell so I stopped it. I turned it on again but it dis not work after that. I would not recommend it to anybody.

The item was shipped to me on October 17th and since arriving I have only used it to make shakes. On this, the 26th day of our Lord the Magic Bullet stopped WORKING. Customer service is just horrible and I need a replacement item (not Magic bullet) or my money back.
