It’s a little blender that can’t blend frozen foods. I bought it so I can make fruit shakes and the motor gets caught on the frozen food and it stops. It’s small and convenient (easier to set up and pull out than my full sized blender) but I would save a couple more dollars and buy a more powerful little blender.

I get that this is a cheap blender and I would be okay with it if it did at least did some amount of blending. But no matter how big or small chunks I put inside for blending, it just does nothing. Maybe 5% of the actual contents actually get chopped/blended, and the rest maybe don't even come into contact with the blades. This is both with small and large quantities of whatever it is that I want to blend. The only time this has worked for me is when I added lots of water/milk, but what do I do when I don't want (large quantities of) water/milk?

Purchased 6 weeks ago. Been using daily for fruit smoothies. From the beginning, the machine has struggled to blend the frozen fruit; eventually it was smooth, but took several minutes. motor is now much louder than 6 weeks ago. I had one a few years ago. I immediately noticed this one did not have the power of the previous model. I can only guess the motor is not the same. I am returning the machine.

I already own a Nutribullet and bought this machine to be a light-duty unit for use at my office. I used it twice and returned it. My Nutribullet quickly handles ice cubes, veggies, or just about anything else I've thought to stuff in there. This one couldn't manage to completely grind down the ice. I was left with small little balls of ice in my smoothie. Just spend a few more dollars and get the nutribullet. It's worth it.

This blender didn't last very long for me....granted, I used it everyday to make my smoothies.....but it broke & I chose not replace it & just got a regular blender which has worked so much better for me.

Not completely satisfied. Can’t put much frozen stuff for smoothies without the actual blender making a weird noise and sometimes smelling like it’s burning/stops working. Def need to upgrade to a better one but will do for now

Disappointment. I gave it two stars for the design and convenience. It has no power and you have to waste time chopping up ingredients in order for it to blend or else it will not do so. If I wasn't lady I would have returned it. Now it's just gaining dust.

I originally really liked the bullet but it is built very cheap. I used it everyday for almost a month for protein shakes and the motor suddenly stopped working. I had to return this item. I love my ninja though!

Blender blade quality is very poor for magic bullet...it may last for a week or just for few months. I bought two of them and for both of them I found same problem and you can’t return item to Best Buy after few days. Not worth for money..

I used it only for smoothies. It doesnt blend the entire contents. I shake it and it doesnt help. I stopped using it. More of a problem then a solution.

It started working good at first but now it’s leaking…there is No Rubber sealing to take out and wash or cleanup when you are finished using it..I wouldn’t recommend it..I’m getting a Nutrabullet.

It doesn’t blend frozen fruits that well, so I mainly use to make smoothies without frozen fruits I just use fresh fruits instead.
