Customers have good things to say about the GO VoIP Adapter, especially its ease of use, call quality, and price. Many customers are pleased with its performance and simple setup. However, some customers have reported issues with the caller ID and compatibility with certain internet services.
I have this setup for a dedicated Fax Machine because the Government does not allow transmission of sensitive information via fax-to-email or email. I got one year Free with the device. Also love the fact that Bestbuy Price Matches so I got this thing for a steal! I setup the device through the computer easily. I just plugged it in and went through the guided tutorial on the screen. There is a 911 fee that Magic Jack no longer pays for so be aware of that before you purchase the product. For my area it was only $6 a year. I was able to pick my own free number and finished the tutorial on screen. Then I plugged in the magic jack into an Ethernet port, plugged in the power, and the phone port in the back of my 4-in-1 printer. Now it was time to test the magic Jack. I sent and received test faxes without issue to the fax-to-email system I have at the home office without issue. Be aware that faxing isn't the intended purpose of this device so sometimes a high resolution (Photo) fax will fail/time out. Lower the resolution and it should go through (Super fine or fine). Please be sure to understand that a phone cable is not included with Magic Jack, but an Ethernet cable and charger cable is. Phone cables are generally included with phones and all-in-one printers so be sure you didn't throw yours away and have one on hand. If you don't have one, snag one while you're in the store. Overall I am highly satisfied with the device. It was easy to setup, inexpensive, and works for my needs. I also will be saving $324 a year when I renew my number next year. That's enough money to buy a new laptop! Would I buy again? Yes, I would; and I did buy another one for the accounting section of the office. My friend also bought one and is using it for his home phone saving loads of money each year! It's a terrific product, just be aware of the 911 fee going in and you won't be disappointed.

Magic jack is the best way to save money on home phone service or on the go. Comes with everything included with no hidden costs. Highly recommended this product

It was easy to set-up and I haven't had a problem. The best part is the cost, the first year is already paid for when you buy the MagicJack after that it's $35/yr. I was paying more than that every month with the phone company I had before.
