Tough Precision material is a thermoplastic that has up to two times the impact strength of ABS but still maintains similar tensile strength and flexibility. This filament also utilizes Smart Spool, which provides material type, color, and amount remaining information via an RFID chip to MakerBot Print.
Tough Precision Model Material is a thermoplastic engineered for durable, strong, and dimensionally accurate 3D printed prototypes and fixtures.
With up to 2X the impact-strength of ABS and similar tensile and flexural strength properties, MakerBot Tough Material gives you high durability and toughness.
