The AMP 10 is a remarkably powerful 16-channel amplifier. Pair with AV 10 and any of our CINEMA Series products for an elite, reference-level home theater system. AMP 10 is rated at 200 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 400 watts per channel into 4 ohms. AMP 10 is built on Marantz exclusive HDAM and redesigned Class D amplification.
Our in-house Sound Masters balance and select components individually for picture-perfect listening. AMP 10 uses separate power supplies for line level and high power stages ensure total signal purity from input to output for the ultimate home theater performance
The AMP 10 combines high power and high channel count to deliver the ultimate listening and watching experience. Through years of development, Marantz has engineered a 16 channel 200-watt-per-channel amplifier that performs at extraordinarily high levels with no loss in fidelity.
Each of the 16 channels can operate independently, channel pairs can also be switched into bi-amp mode for isolating frequency bands from each other, or switched into BTL mode to produce up to 400 watts per channel into 8 ohms for your highest output demands.
Like our sound, the AMP 10 is expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. The front panel is lit by the dimmable sidelights on either side. Like a fine timepiece, the center-mounted and softly-lit analog level meter is meticulously detailed–-a functional homage to early Marantz models.
The AMP 10 features gold-plated RCA and high-grade XLR connectors. Custom Marantz SPK 1+ binding posts are ergonomic and provide the best possible coupling to loudspeaker cables.
Keep the power of AMP 10 at your fingertips. Using an included cable, control and status information from AMP 10 can be transmitted to AV 10 – making network control and automation simple. RS232 and DC trigger inputs are available to make facilitate automation.
