Can these speakers be mounted flush on the wall as right and left front speakers next to the TV. If yes how much gap I will see between the back of the speaker and the wall? Can it be mount on the wall without any gap between the wall and speaker?

With it being flush, you have a nice clean look and don't have a gap between the wall and the back of the speaker. We hope this helps and thank you again for considering us for your purchase.
Can this be used as a center speaker? I have four speakers already in the ceiling and just needed the center.

The Folded Motion tweeters have an 80° x 80° dispersion pattern, which allows SLM and SLM XL to sound exactly the same in a horizontal or vertical orientation, making them perfect for Left-Center-Right (LCR) system applications. My receiver, a Yamaha TSR 700, says it is only compatible with 8 OHM speakers. These speakers say it is compatible with 4, 6, or 8 OHM receivers. What might I expect if I were to match these SLM speakers to the Yamaha?

Our speakers are compatible with 4, 6, or 8 Ohm-rated amplifiers and a majority of our speakers are on display/demo with 8 Ohm-rated amplifiers, including Yamaha.
