Only 50 inches high, this low-profile bunk bed is great for smaller spaces and safe for younger children. The bottom bed sits only two inches off the floor, making it the perfect low bunk bed for little ones. Top bunk features tall, 14-inch guardrails, so the bunk bed safely fits standard mattress sizes. A ladder with rounded edges offers comfortable, easy climbing. The versatile ladder attaches to either bed end to maximize the space in your room. The slatted headboards and footboards and flush, color-matched hardware give these kids bunk beds a clean, modern look. Instructions, upper/lower slat rolls, tools and required hardware are included. With solid plywood slats and a metal support bar for the top bunk, each sleeping surface can support 400 lbs. of resting weight. 2+ adults make assembly simple and easy. This heavy-duty bunk bed meets or exceeds Federal safety standards for kids furniture. When it’s time for play, this low bunk bed's space-saving twin bed frame frees up plenty of floor space by stacking two sleeping surfaces. This bunk bed is compatible with standard twin size mattresses between 5 and 8 inches thick. No box spring or bunkie board is required for this bed. Add play curtains (purchase separately) to add even more fun to your kid’s bedroom.
