Brand new freezer delivered damaged.
It appears the damaged happened on delivery and use of hand truck denting and scratching unit. Item was refused and a second has been rescheduled. Needless to say i am not happy at all. Now waiting until 8/15 for a second. BTW nothing from Best Buy on this. Wow.

I Love Maytag Appliances
I like the upright freezer's space and storage shelves included. The price is high but I hope it will work efficiently for at least 15 years.

So far, so good ...
We used to have a Whirlpool Sidekick. It was a complete nightmare! So far this Maytag is working great but it's still new. Hopeful we can say the same in a year from now. The temp is holding pretty steady, between -4 and 4 degrees. When you have the door open for anything longer than to just open/close it does tend to go up a bit but does always go back down.
