I’m only giving the range 3 stars because I had to replace the first one. 2 1/2 weeks wait for it to arrive, and the oven wouldn’t heat higher than 280-300 degrees half the time. Then it cooled down even though it was still set to 350 degrees. Of course when Geek Squad came out it worked, and they can’t fix what they can’t see. I videotaped it malfunctioning the next day, but it was a Friday, and my window to return it ended the following Monday, so I called to have it replaced. Another 2 1/2 weeks, a total of 7 weeks without an oven The replacement works fine, and it really is a nice looking range. I’d give a higher score if the first one hadn’t been defective.

While loving the range top, the oven has been a major problem for me. I’ve had Flamingo Appliance Repair here three times as the oven temperature was never correct. I’ve been baking for 60 years and they continued to tell me that the oven was working properly. This frustration led me to discuss this with my son who then got the model and and serial number and ordered a part for it. He pulled the oven away from the wall, installed the new part and the oven is working perfectly. Took all of 15 minutes. I realize it’s no longer under warranty as a result, but the oven works. It’s been a joy to bake

well let’s face it a lot of people think “ it’s a oven!” But overall parts are quality, heats fast and temperature spot on all in all a great choice partner up with good installation and haul away old one
