Stove front burner burned out, . Replacement (after 6 weeks) stove's oven failed. Waiting for another replacement for the past two months. Weeks later, several delivery and pickup appointments were cancelled without much notice and we are now looking at another month, if then. This is not just a review of the stove, but Best Buy's customer service.
