Not even 5 years old and water pump died. Honestly shocked as hardly any water enters the machine. Wish I could get a washing machine from the 1970-80's which would last 20+ years and WASH clothes with water! Error code "drn", which is water pump. Planned obsolescence.

The warranty covers nothing. The washer wont work and its not even 3 years old. The cost to repair (WITH WARRENTY) is almost $400 with no guarantee they can fix it. I will never buy this brand again.

I've had this machine for a good 5 years. It's absolutely horrendous!! It doesn't use much water and the clothes are always dirty! The fact that our dryer has dirt in the lint trap on a continuing basis proves the washer is not washing properly. I've had it serviced multiple times and each time I'm told there is nothing wrong. You can see the clothes are dry in spots even when using a heavy wash cycle. They never feel clean or smell good!
