The Mecpow X3 Pro is a high-precision 10W diode laser engraver engineered for professional results. It achieves remarkable detail with 0.01mm engraving accuracy and can cut through 20mm wood and 15mm acrylic. The Mecpow X3 Pro adopts a 10W diode laser with a small focus of 0.06x0.08mm and an engraving accuracy of 0.01mm. The small spot size, along with short pulses, produces high peak power, which can achieve more accurate and deeper engraving and cutting. It can cut a wood board with a 20mm thickness and an acrylic board with a 15mm thickness.
With a maximum air flow of 30 liters per minute, the air pump effectively removes debris and smoke for a cleaner cut. It also prevents the buildup of combustible materials, reducing the risk of fire and providing a safer engraving experience. Plus, with its adjustable knob, you can easily regulate the airflow according to the density of the smoke for a smokeless and odorless workspace.
The X3 Pro laser engraver features a fixed-focus laser and a focusing screen for quick setup. Simply lower the laser head until it touches the focusing screen on your material, then remove the screen—no complex adjustments needed.
The Laser Engraver is equipped with a laser shield to minimize diffuse light and includes safety goggles for eye protection. It automatically alerts and shuts down upon detecting fire, smoke, or tilting over 50 degrees. For operational safety, limit switches on the X and Y axes automatically halt movement if the laser head risks colliding with the tracks, preventing damage and ensuring smooth operation.
The Mecpow X3 Pro laser engraver works on various materials like wood, acrylic, leather, bamboo, fabric, and stainless steel. It is compatible with LaserGRBL (Windows) and LightBurn (Windows/Mac), and supports multiple file formats such as JPG, PNG, DXF, PDF, SVG, and AI.
