A: I purchased this. The monthly fee is $35.00 for full monitoring and emergency response services. The first two months are free. If you add the "fall" monitor, it goes up to $45 a month. I can tell you my husband accidentally hit the button on the base station. Their response was clear and loud enough to be heard clearly in the next room. They used his name and asked if he needed help. Customer service must be called to set up. I was happy with the experience.
