A: Yes, it will connect to an iPhone as far as I’m concerned as I’ve connected it to mine.
Q: Is there a rechargeable battery that comes with this controller?
A: No! you have to buy that separately sadly :/ but its a great investment because you can always charge it for free vs having double a batteries you have to keep buying them and when your controller dies during a game, its like reloading a double barreled shotgun versus this one where you can just plug it in like a normal person
