I love this stove itself. It is beautiful and the burners heat so evenly. However we ordered a standard 36” wide stove to replace our standard 36” stove and it doesn’t fit! It is 1/4 too tall! Our installer indicated this is a common problem. So now we have to hire someone to grind down our granite 1/4 inch-another expense.

It works. Unfortunately the original that came with my Surface 4 Pro died after 2 years (ridiculous). Since this is the same thing nothing exciting to note other than the cord from the outlet to the battery pack is longer than the original. i haven't had it long enough to speak of its durability. However, its expensive but I didn't want to risk any damage to my Surface using knock offs.

This official charger is over priced and I can get a non brand name charger for less but It was available in one day when I forgot mine while out of town. Overall nice charger, high price point, gets very hot after long usage and the cable is short but hey it works.

super expensive and i have had to buy 3 new charger in almost a year since i got my computer. Despite that charger works great when its not broken and charges quickly.

The charging cord works well and the price is reasonable. The only complaint I have is with the overall design. The magnetic clip that connects to the laptop is the weakest part of the setup and the easiest to break. If it stays at a desk it should be fine, but recommend that you take extra precaution when travelling with it repeatedly to extend the life.

So far this product works exactly as it is supposed to. It’s just expensive. In my mind a charger should should be reasonably priced. This is expensive.

I bought the wall charger for my Surface Pro 3. It was the only Surface Pro 3 charger that Best Buy had on hand. What I found out was that this charger is more powerful than the original charger that came with my unit and my unit became somewhat 'hot' upon charging. I was concerned that this charger might shorten the life of my Surface Pro so I returned the product to Best Buy. I found a charger on-line that was more it line with my original charger (less powerful). Yes it takes longer for me to get a full charge with the 'lighter' charger but my unit doesn't get 'hot'. I'd rather make sure that my SurfacePro has a longer life than a faster charge.

I purchased a second charge cord for my laptop though it was a little costly it was a little longer than the cord that came with the computer.

Price way high compared to other chargers abd also cheaper elswhere. With your zotal membership its still way too high. And total memndrship doesnt give u much off on your purchases

This product is good - it does its job! My issue is not with the functionality of the product it’s with the design. It sits in an awkward way that causes the wire to break.

I've owned my Microsoft pro for almost ten years and after my plug eventually broke due to what I believe was normal wear and tear it was great to find a replacement. However the price was more expensive than I expected for a plug that Microsoft designed almost with the intent to ensure users would have to purchase through them to get a replacement.

I purchased a second power source because I like being able to pack all my power cords and adapters ahead of my actual travel. This works as it is supposed to, but I marked it down primarily for two reasons: (1) the price, and (2) the fact that as much as I like the magnetic connection, I would have preferred it if I could charge this item with any power source that uses a micro-USB connection...fewer power cords and adapters to travel with.

Way too expensive for a wall charger. This charger has tendency to break. The mag safe style is nice but wires break beneath protective coating. which renders the charger useless. Im better off buying a knock off charger off of amazon.

Weak magnet. Falls out easily. Any tension on the cord, even just its own weight will cause it to disconnect.

It's a replacement for the Surface Pro 3/4 charger cable. It works as expected, I got a good deal on an open box. It would be nice if these weren't still full price, 6 or 7 year old laptop and they still charge full price ridiculous.

I bought the Microsoft brand charger bc the off brand one I bought to replace my original charge only lasted a year. Unfortunately, this one, like the original, disconnects in the middle. That attachment doesn't stay together very well so I still find myself with my computer not charging then seeing that part had come loose again. Other than that, it is better than the off brand one I bought last year in that it doesn't seem to overheat. I only recommend this item bc it is the one that comes with the computer and doesn't overheat.
