Had to buy a new power supply due to the cord becoming broken. Externally you couldn't tell it was broken and would work sometimes. Original power supply didn't have the USB port for charging, so this is a nice feature. Price wise, a little steep but the only way to charge the laptop.

Seems like a faster charger than my old one only thing it didnt come with an authentic Microsoft product sticker and not sure why.

It's a power supply a little pricey. What more do you want me to say about a power supply don't plug it in sideways.

It felt good to be able to charge my laptop again. The one that came with it, only lasted a year and I probably only used my laptop 10 times, if that the whole year. It had a short or something. The new one was a little pricey, but no other options. Works great, and I hope it last a long time.

This will be my third power cord for my Surface Pro in three years. It works great when it works but beware you may need to replace often.

I bought this charger as a replacement for my laptop. I was identical to the original and worked as expected. I do not like the design by Mircosoft in general but the product was a great fit.

there is no need to pay premium for technology... apple and Microsoft with the surface line make their items specifically non-standard so once you but their equipment you are 'force' to buy their parts. but generally they make their parts feel nicer and of higher quality... perception is reality I guess. last time I check reality is reality but these are the time we live in... for a simple charger $90+... ouch. got the part out of the box and it work perfectly

I like the magnetic ability it's easy and fast. The size and weight is good easy to carry. The thing to be careful of is it's fragile. The magnetic can also draw other things to it. The price is expensive to replace and I had to buy at least 3 since I ad the computer.

Solid, sleek Microsoft surface charger. Nice magnetic connector, comfortable length, not too confident about the copper tips that for ruined on my first charger.

It works well now. However, I got a replacement from Best Buy before and got to smoking while I was in a meeting so I am not sure it was just a faulty one or not. No complaints thus far for this purchase.

Performance is good. Charges well. Had issues with other chargers, when bought in Amazon. Best Buy has good product and no issues after that.

Worked well for my Microsoft Surface Pro 6, but dang, $100 for a charger is wild!

I went to my local BestBuy and they were very helpful and accommodating in getting it delivered to me quickly. It probably took 2-3 days and arrived in the afternoon. I'm so glad it did because I am also a student, so I was relieved that I didn't need to wait too long. I didn't get an image beforehand, so I was also relieved and surprised when the adapter had another port should the original wire get damaged or another attachment is needed. Overall, it was a good experience. It is a bit pricey but I have seen many have more luck with these chargers than a cheaper version.
