These installers have been to my house a total of 12 times to install a microwave. Finally the store took their professional advice and found the correct product for the measurements. Th see kids did an amazing job of installing everything professionally. Thank you Tony.

It’s not the top of the line of Samsung microwaves but in our household microwaves get little use other than frying up bacon or reheating leftovers. It worked for us in a cabinet made for microwaves with the trim kit. Looks good it works fine all can say about this products.

Although I bought Whirlpool microwave oven #WMC30516HZ to replace KitchenAid #KCMS145JSS (this model is no longer available), and new 27" trim kit Whirlpool #MK2167AZ, but the trim kit (3" wide edge) won't fit my limited tight 2" side edge, the installation technician Mike suggests me to return the kit. since new oven door is 117/8" to 12" hight, and the old frame (horizontal) has only 1/32" lips out, so I use the file to trim down the edge to make it smooth (both upper and lower) and put back the old frame and it works out.

8/16. LG Trim Kit works ok with 2.0 microwave. Too large for a 1.5 cubic microwave. Will purchase a larger microwave.

The 2 installers who came out were very knowledgeable. It was a hard job, but they made look so easy. They were pleasant and got the job completed on time.

I had Best Buy measure the space for a new microwave and trim kit. The same guys installed my new stove top, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Magically the opening didn’t fit by an 1/8th of an inch for the stove top. Had to pay the guy an extra $100.00 to cut the cabinet. The the microwave didn’t fit. Another $100.00 and the worst excuse for craftsmanship I have ever seen. At the end he said he was finished and I would need to find a piece of trim. Look at the photo, what a scam.

Very bad experience , I am still waiting for the call back from geek squad, The rep told me the issue is escalated to geek squad and she will call me back. It has been 2 weeks but still no call . You are asking me review?

Bad installations, the trim was no right, the door is not open and the sale representative never call back to fix the problem. See pictures attached

Works really well and gives higher temps than my old Kitchen-Aid. Cooks evenly but is more noisy, the door closes noisily, and the rotating platform makes additional noise. But it cooks very well

Tech installing the microwave didn't have proper equipment to make sure the unit was leveled. The unit was tilted back and the microwave door wouldn't open fully and kept closing while trying to get items out of it. He said he couldn't do anything. Had to make another service appointment to have it fixed.

We had a new built in microwave installed. Although, we discussed the dimensions with the sales person before purchase, the microwave was too big for the slot. The installer had to make an additional cut for which I was charged $150 separately which was never discussed before. The installed microwave works fine now.

Looks good. Fit microwave well. Had it professionally installed but instructions were detailed and should be able to be installed by consumer. Expensive.

Second instal went well. First microwave war shipped UPS and arrived damaged. Warranty replacement with slightly different model was picked up at store and works well. Jun 3 order was finally installed Jul 7

product is good and was efficiently installed! however, on the clerical end, scheduling the installation was so difficult because b.buy could not process our visa charge cards for the installation. both of the cards we tried are accounts that never carry over a statement balance.
