A cushion is added in the middle of the lower back to provide full-body support during flat bench exercises, preventing any gap under the waist. Made of PU leather, pearl cotton padding, and a wooden base, it enhances comfort while improving overall stability.
The seat height is 19 inches, allowing adults to firmly plant their feet on the ground for better stability during workouts and less wobbling.
