Arturia MiniBrute 2 is a semi-modular analog synthesizer designed for studio production, live performance, and integration with modular setups. It features dual analog VCOs with waveform mixing, VCO1 linear and exponential FM, and VCO2>1 hard sync for harmonic complexity. A 12dB/octave Steiner-Parker filter offers low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and notch modes, while two LFOs, ADSR, and loopable AD envelopes, and an arpeggiator provide flexible modulation and pattern creation. The 25-key velocity and aftertouch-sensitive keyboard works with an 8-step, 64-step-capable sequencer, and the 48-point CV/Gate patchbay enables connections to external modular gear. MiniBrute 2 also includes a white noise generator, external audio input, utility modules, USB and MIDI I/O, and patch cables, supporting hybrid analog-digital workflows in both studio and performance environments.
MiniBrute 2 features two analog VCOs with selectable waveforms, waveform mixing, and VCO1 linear/exponential FM. VCO2>1 hard sync adds harmonic complexity for basslines, leads, and textures. This design supports hands-on sound shaping for studio composition, live performance, and integration with modular systems.
The 12dB/octave Steiner-Parker filter offers Low Pass, High Pass, Band Pass, and Notch modes with adjustable cutoff and resonance. Users can shape tonal character precisely for evolving sequences, expressive filter sweeps, or layered textures, making the synth adaptable for studio production and live arrangements.
A 48-point CV/Gate patchbay provides flexible routing for internal modulation and external Eurorack or modular gear. Musicians can design custom signal paths, expand modulation possibilities, and integrate the MiniBrute 2 with hybrid setups, combining standalone synth functions with modular performance and studio workflows.
Two LFOs with multiple waveforms, ADSR and loopable AD envelopes, and a versatile arpeggiator allow detailed modulation of oscillators, filters, and sequences. Users can create rhythmic, melodic, or harmonic patterns, add dynamic movement, and perform expressive sequences live or in DAW-based setups.
The 25-key velocity- and aftertouch-sensitive keyboard works with an 8-step, 64-step sequencer, white-noise generator, external audio input, USB, and MIDI I/O. Combined with utility modules and included patch cables, this allows immediate performance, integration with other instruments, and expansion into larger analog or modular systems.
