You’re forced onto the $90 for 3 months unlimited if you buy the sim at the store. Getting them online delivered to your address (or eSIM) the same service for the dame period will cost $45. Don’t bother trying to talk to them to have that plan on your newly purchased SIM because they will deny after a long wait on the phone.

NOT unlimited phone minutes. I have a teen on the phone with their friends all summer and they cut off the phone service because of excessive use of "unlimited" calling. They say it is for personal use only. I explained it is being used personally by a teen and they keep repeating only personal use. They will not tell me the limit to keep this from happening. After cutting him off they keep saying it is unlimited.

Cheap service that can work for some people. If you have a problem. The customer service is almost nonexistent. It takes days, yes days to get a generic response the days to respond back until you give up. They won’t refund.

If I could make them owe me stars, I would. The QR code sent me to an ebook app website of some kind. This was not an accident, the site is the same color and type font scheme as Mint Mobile. It took several tries to get to Mint Mobile and when finally got there I was unable to redeem the week trial. They tried to sign me up right away for a three month subscription, no free trial. I'm going with a different prepaid company.

This is awful. Mint is great. Black Friday special, 90 for 6 months unlimited. Service is almost the same as T-mobile. My cell phone was stolen. They have to ship me a replacement sim card. It's a nightmare, still without my number, 6th day. Don't judge mint off this useless kit. 250mb data, used within 30 minutes. It won't work for replacement sim. Get their unlimited plan, don't get this junk. And don't judge mint by this junk.

Was told this is what I needed to get up and running on a trial for the iPhone. Got home and realized that after contacting Mint Mobile these do not work with new iPhones. Wasted money package was open couldn't return lost money

scam the service is falsely advertised avoid it. Do your research there are alot better services out there like metro by tmobile straight talk and so fourth that in the long run are cheaper.

App would not update my email address. Called and support said they'd enter it. Entered it wrong so I couldn't verify then said they couldn't help me because they couldn't verify me. Stole 6 more months of contracts because I couldn't find the receipt because I don't remember what my total was or purchase date and they wouldn't help with that either.

It was for my brother. He lives in Europe. All this did was a temporary Sim card that was for 1 week. We had to have the company send us a new Sim card. We had 2 new phone numbers within 1 week and about 3 hours on the phone to clear this all up. The sales representative at the store said it would work right out of the box. So no it was more of a pain than necessary.

I would not go with Mint Mobile if you value your sanity. Their service is atrocious, and not a good deal at any price. I have a 5G phone and roughly 20% of the time in my area, I have NO DATA SERVICE at all. About 5% of the time, I have NO PHONE SERVICE at all. The same holds true for wife and daughter. I am regularly downgraded to 2G (Edge) for hours on end, multiple times per day, despite living in a major metropolitan area, well within their supposed coverage map.

I couldn't get it to work within the seven day period. So that was a waste of money. I'll try it one more time. I would suggest people get the "visible" solution which uses the Verizon network. and they actually have customer service

best buy's service is great, it always has been in my experience however mint mobile is not. they use deceptive means targeted at 55+ age group. claiming they will get services for 15 a month, what they dont tell you is that you have to buy an entire year for that price. its deceptive and its targeting seniors. i recommend tello as there service is straight forward, cheap, and excellent tech service

I was not pleased with the Mint mobile sim kit with 7 day trial. I purchased item because I was out of data and a few days shy of next billing cycle on my primary phone plan. It said trial included talk, text and data. The data was just a couple of megabytes but I assumed that would suffice for a few days at least. I was not even using data, no internet browser was even opened while completing the activation it notified me I had used all provided data. I HAD NOT EVEN FINISHED ACTIVATION which was no longer than 5 mins if that. A total waste of money so if your looking for 7 days of data look elsewhere it was on the upwards of 5 mins worth on THEIR activation site

Disappointed on how this works and didn't work. Purhase included two sim cards which I thought was strange. The first is required and they assign a new number to it. Then you have 7 days as a trial with 250 min, 250 txt and 250 mb. After that you must use the second sim to purchase a minimum of 3 months of one of their plans. The new number is inconvenient when you want to make and receive calls and have the other party not know it is you. Next issue I had was they weren't about to port my fully-owned, unlocked and compatible phone telling me I had to wait until the existing service I had expired. So what happens if that old plan doesn't expire before the 7 day trial is up? Well you have to an etirely new problem.

I decided to try mint Mobile service since are running a promotion. Anyway my experience was a joke. In the packaging it states if you want keep the service you just keep the same SIM. Not true. I spoke with 3 different agents and they told me I needed a new one. Mint was never able to start the service with a plan.

Service was ok until I tried to upgrade to more data. Talking to some East Asian was an impossible task. Gave up. Buy services from some company that speaks and understands American English. .
