I bought this and it is very heavy duty no matter what charger i buy it just breaks the cable i bought 10 foot and for the money it wasn't expensive and if you want a charger that would be next to your best this is the charger for you

Awesome cord! Others were too small, this is a heavyweight charger.

Part that is inserted into the phone to charge has broken. Will be returning/exchanging tomorrow.

Worked fine up until it didnt. Had it 6 months and paid full price for it so was not expecting it to dir so quickly

I am very displeased with this item. I just tried plugging it into my iPad to charge it and the connection popped right out. This had to be poorly made. I am taking it back to the store as I cannot afford to pay for something that does not last me 3 weeks. I do not even use it daily. Bought it to have an extra one so I can charge my phone and iPad together.

Piece of crap. Literally broke after less than a month. The tip of the charger literally fell off. I’ve never had this happen before. I’m not sure why it has good review on here! Do not buy!

This is a great cable, but after using it for several months, I understand why people are having issues with it. The cable’s added weight from durable fabric protection combined with its length expose a design weakness in the Lightning format. The connection is the weakpoint in this product’s construction, so be careful where your place your phone/device. If you have your phone’s port hanging off a ledge with this plugged in, I would advise against that. Try to use some of the cord’s extra length to provide some slack so that the male end of the Lightning cord isn’t subject to too much stress. With that in mind, I would still recommend this product. I suspect that USB-C cables like this from Modal don’t have the same issues people are mentioning.

MOdal has some great cables. I picked this one up because I tend to go through them quickly with all my travels for work. I was looking for something that would hold up to those rigors. This cable is sturdy as heck. Somewhat hard to flex, but I'll take that over a broken cable at a client site any day. Only downside was it only came in 10' lengths. A bit longer than needed but it will work.

I am disabled and needed a longer cord. This was perfect! My iPhone kept saying “this device does not support the accessory” when I used my previous charger. The BestvBuy employee immediately knew that I needed the “Lightening” cable. This purchase solved that problem. Works fine! I have an IPhone SE and no one before Best Buy told me I needed that particular charger. Thank You!

Great so far. Shielding is super thick. Wouldn’t buy for travel use because shielding is so thick it doesn’t bundle up and is very bulky but it’s ideal for static use in home or office. If shielding thickness and inflexibility are accurate indicators I expect this to last a very long time! Recommended. For price on sale I’ll go out my way to seek this out if another cord fails.

The 10' lightning-to-UBS charge-and-Sync Cable is pretty good. It fits my need nicely. I had a charge cable, but it was too short. What I would like to highlight this shopping experience is the polite and friendly attitude of the salesperson whom I met at the store. He helped me locate the product and patiently explained to me how I could redeem the reward points I had when I purchased an LG TV there. The pity is that I did not ask his name.

Fine product, I wanted something a bit more rugged as I've seen my share of cables that wear out right where the wire meets the plug, No chance of that with this one! While it's a bit stiffer than other cables, this is not a disadvantage, If you bend it to shape, it will stay PUT. I can't picture it ever wearing out from regular use. Good buy!

It works fine and the extra length was why I purchased this item. The real question is how long will it work before it gives up the ghost. I've had other cords that looked good and worked fine but quit after a couple months. That is the big unknown with this cord at this time. Should a phone cord cost $30?

Good length, exactly what you’d expect from a 10ft cord. It’ll most likely not get tangled up despite its length which is a good thing. The downside is that when you first open it up it is EXTREMELY stiff so you might need to bend it and “loosen” it up so it’s easier to move around

seem like a rugged well built cable. its nice having the 10' length as i can move around a little with it plugged in. good fit in the phone. my only beef with it is the cable is VERY thick and stiff making it awkward at times. maybe it will loosen up but hasnt in the month i've been using it so far.

I needed different lengths for different applications and after order cords on line that either weren't compatible with my iPhone SE or would only charge intermittently I got cords at same price at BestBuy and could talk to them if I had a problem (which of course I didn't)

Great charging cable for iPhone. Sturdy... doesn't feel cheap. Plus iPhones can be finicky with 3rd party cables. Not this one.

Still works months later, which is a plus. Definently not meant for travel though as this cord is super stiff. Can barely bend it. Like a snake that went through rigormortise. Heavy when you’re using your phone and it’s connected to this.
