I’ve been waiting on this item for over a month and no one seems to be able to tell me what is going to happen with it. They say the manufacturer is supposed to be sending it, but there’s also a possibility it will auto cancel if it doesn’t show up. Generally I get really good service from Best Buy but this time it has gotten pretty ridiculous. I would cancel it myself and go through another vendor, but this was cheaper and also I have a Best Buy account that gives me free service hould anything happen to it. So I’m waiting for the moment, but I’m really disappointed in the Best Buy system at this point.
