Apart from the long wait time, some stains being hard to clean, no automatic shut-off function on the timer, and the stainless steel plate feeling a bit thin, it's generally okay. Purchased for $2,800, and the price later increased by $300, so it feels like a good deal.

This is the best cooktop I have found. I installed it myself in less than an hour. I has amazing temperature control. The looks are outstanding and I love the child lock / timer feature / Wifi The Griddle is very handy and makes toasting and other types of cooking easy.

This is a very attractive unit. It cooks well The first unit I received had a broken / bad burner out of the box. After we received the replacement unit. (Took about 2 weeks) A Couple FYI's for you 1. The Bronze colored burners and caps with change color and become darker after use from the heat on the burners. Depending how muck you use the burners you can have different shades of the 5 burners. We notice the color change on one burner after the first use. After several used the two front burners we use more request have changed closer, the middle and two upper burners are much light than the two front 2. The stainless pan needs constant attention to keep clean. I wish the drip pan was Porcelain even if it was black as it would make it a nicer finish to keep clean

Very good cooktop, great design. The only thing is that the logo on all GE cooktop is known to easily get scratched off. It looks like they are using the same easily scratched off material on monogram as with other GE cooktops. I will make sure not to use disinfectant wipe on it & pamper the logo area. Wish they would upgrade the logo with permanent or tougher material instead.

I did not realize the burners were so close together which doesn’t allow you to have large pans on two burners at the same time. Very disappointed I did t catch and wish I didn’t purchase

Our unit is in “Locked” mode and will radomly turn off or will start a clicking noise. We had Bodewell Service come out but it needs a new control board and GE/ Monogram refuse to provide the necessary parts. We really liked the cooktop for the few days that it worked but have now been waiting for a month for repairs! GE does not stock spare parts to save on inventory costs!

Monogram - high end brand i expected more from it the brass center caps for the burners get tarnished and due to grain are hard to clean so they end up with black marks - also small nit not that easy to clean functionally it is great - operates and works well

I love this cooktop, but be warned the stainless steel is very soft. It scratches very easily. All you need to do is move a piece of aluminum foil over it and it will scratch. You need a good microfiber cloth to clean it nothing abrasive. 10% white vinaigre works wonders to cut grease.

Nice looking, solid. The only issue so far is the gold center pieces turn dark and stained.

The burners work great and we really like the center burner with the double ring of flames. However, be very careful with the surface of this cooktop. My wife and I are very diligent with keeping it clean, but the surface is very delicate and scratches easy. Also, the rings around the burners stain and do not clean even though we are following manufacturers cleaning directions.

The stove is great its working much better than old 1.

The new cooktop is excellent one which comes with a grill and meets our expectation. The usage and cleaning is very easy as well.

The is a great cooktop with a very powerful center burner. The powered rear vent is quiet and draws in the air well without disturbing the flame beneath the pots and pans

Everything we wanted from our new range top. It perform easily and the temperature is very accurate.

Very nice just don’t like the knobs on middle take lots of spaces away

The unit was delivered in perfect condition. The installers did a great job also. Every burner and grill worked as designed. The only additional item that i needed to install is caulking around the unit: I have tile countertops and water/liquids can get through the seal of the unit.

Middle grate was broken when cook top was installed... now waiting for a new one to be delivered which has been over a month!!
