When my phone was stolen and they did, every they could to make me happy, really thing is that my replacement phone took forever to arrive.

I know I can always depend on Geek Squad with any of my electronics covered through them. Very helpfully & feel better knowing I have yhem on my side when needed. #1 !!!!!!

Geek Squad has been EXCELLENT to me. I've accidentally dropped and broken my OnePlus Open twice and both times, I was in and out of the store with a gift card to purchase a new phone in 20-30 mins. absolute must for any expensive device bought through Best Buy

I really needed it specially for printing resumes but it became much more useful than i thought. First you can download the app and print just about anything directly off your phone. I scanned some pictute from a trip and boom, its on your phone. Very simple ineven setup my mothers computer and cellphone so easy a caveman could do it!

Absolutely love this phone. Best foldable phone I've ever owned. I owned all the Samsung foldables one through six. Also had the Google pixel first edition by far this one beats them all out

Love this protection! Bought the wife a phone and bought this insurance to have peace of mind. Later found out most devices within the time you have the insurance are also covered at no extra cost. A+

I loved my pixel Fold since December till March of 2024. Guys if you're going to purchase this phone get an accidental insurance. The inside screen is very delicate. In March my inside screen got damaged with black inside screen unfolded side ( the inside fold screen). I didn't even drop it hard but it did fall many times from a sofa where I sit a lot, I think over its period it fell more than 50 times. If you buy this phone, take very much care, the inside screen is very delicate. I'll show a picture so you guys can see. If you buy fold phones be very delicate, take it as an experience from me to you.

The personnel are wonderful to.work with. We didnt need to look for the items we wanted as they were quick to retrieve the items.

I love the protection plan because i got warranty for the item. You dohave protection plan means you don't have guaranteed.

It does what it says, the replacement cost seems a little too much for what it offers, apple care or Samsung care might be a better option.

Had no issues or use with geek squad on thos product i purchased and assembled it myself and it was easy to do

I have not needed to use the Geek Squad . But, If I did they would have it all covered for me .
