Geek Squad is Standard Bearer of All Technical Support Services! They are Extremely Nice and Helpful and are always willing to go that Extra mile to ensure Customer Satisfaction! I would recommend Geek Squad to anyone purchasing something from Bestbuy especially if its some sort of electronics (computer,phone,gaming system etc.), because when or if the time comes you'll be happy you were signed on for their services. If you cant find any other reason to shop Bestbuy, Geek Squad would be first reason I would give you before mentioning the numerous others!

At 7 months old, the screen has a blinking light in the middle at the fold. Talked to best buy, best buy says talk to Samsung. My only options are to send my phone in for 2 weeks and maybe they'll fix it at a discount or replace it. Or i can trade it in for less then 1/5th of what i paid for it. Originally had this problem on October 13, followed best buy and Samsung steps without resolve. A few days later it just went away. October 27, it happened again, retried the steps. Again, a few days later, no issues. Today December 27, the light came back and more run around.

If I could give a zero I would. I have paid for Geek Squad insurance for 7 months, and when my phone went Black, I called Geek Squad insurance to take care of the phone . A phone Rep told me they could not help me . I WANT A REFUND FOR THE 7 months paid for a service not rendered. I will be contacting the BBB

I already talked to eight people one night and morning. None knew what really Google Assistant always know how to fix it. I'm not giving them my phone to mess up if they don't know Google Assistant I was transferred six times and then chat just ended he did it quick. And the rest I talk to you in the morning also did not know. Funny enough Google don't either. I've been meaning to write this it was a week ago or so. I've been giving Google a chance to replace it and up it's been 30 days I mean how much time is it acceptable. I got this phone within the first 14 days it had charged in issues nobody do nothing and I obviously do not like disabled people cuz they expect them to walk in a store lol going to be reported about that too discrimination and small claims court here we come
