Need more clarity not sure if I’m getting all the benefits of this program

This was included in my purchase of my apple watch as part of the total tech that I purchased. I recommend total tech to everyone because of how much you actually receive when utilizing it thoroughly for your purchases and gifting for holidays and birthdays. Apple care is always an additional expense, especially when you are buying multiple items, but not when you buy them through best buy. That is the delight. Apple care is great and so is being able to use it directly through BB and not have to go to an overcrowded apple store with knowledgeable geek squad certified apple techs waiting to help. I was super impressed. I have had several devices serviced there. Unlocked, backed up, restored, you name it and they have been great!! I normally don't do reviews, but I have really become fond of this.

I don't have to worry about my investment. I have had to use AppleCare+ in the past and it saved me hundreds of dollars. I am a fan.

I bought Apple eveything for my grandaughter to go off to campus. Free Applecare for 24 months - whaaat! I have peace of mind and won't be getting those phone calls that something broke..lol

Came free with Apple Watch purchase. Happy for the piece of mind for first 24 months.

We have a lot of apple products in our family. I've skipped out on buying AppleCare+ several times, and without fail those are the devices I've had trouble with. It's peace of mind, and has helped us in a pinch with a product multiple times. I'd say it is worth the money.

Total Tech comes with a lot of perks. Apple Care on most items is one of them. This is much needed. It makes accidents as well as possible malfunctions not so stressful.

I haven’t had to use the Tech package yet . Upon purchase it was sold as a beneficial purchase . I feel from review purchase it is a great choice.
