The internal fan inside my wireless charger started to run very loud and it turns out is a common defect. Because it's well out of return policy im glad they were covered under my best buy total.

Because of Best Buy protection, I’m able to always return my products exchange them or upgrade them whatever you want and Best Buy can do it all for you if you’re a total tech member

Skip the headache and having to ship it back for a manufacturing warranty that probably won’t be approved, just bring your product back to Bestbuy and they’ll take care of you.

Just wanna say, Geek Squad’s monthly protection plan totally came through for me. I’ve actually been a happy Totaltech member for several years now, so I kinda expected things to go smoothly, and they really did! When my Keurig broke, I filled out the online return form—which was super easy—and brought it into the store.Honestly, the Geek Squad crew was awesome and took care of me fast. Instead of a bunch of back-and-forth or endless repairs, they just gave me store credit for the full amount I paid. That was perfect because I could just grab a new coffee maker right then and there.Having the monthly protection made everything so much less stressful, and this whole experience just made me even more glad I signed up for Totaltech in the first place. ….. Worth getting the protection oplan every year. Jist make sure you see rhe option as very few rpoducts arenr covers but it does say if it is when you go to your cart when ordering online

This is a win win situation and gives you peace of mind knowing all your devices are covered. Just call or go on chat with any problems and a tech can look at it remotely or if a major appliance, someone will come out and look at it. A great product to have!

It is very convenient and practical. I've needed to get a replacement a few times because i drop my ohoene all the time.

The Geek Squad is worth the price. I am not tech savvy, so when I have a problem with my computer I just make an appointment online with the Geek Squad and take it in. Less stress knowing the Geek Squad has my back and don't cost me anything for their advice or if it is simple to fix that it doesn't cost me an arm or a leg.

I’ve had to use the protection. It lives up to its words. It’s a bit more complicated with Apple products but still bearable and worth the added efforts.
