This is a very decent phone for the price I paid for it. The only thing that is nerve wrecking is the ads that constantly pop up whenever you are using any of the apps inside the phone. I would definitely purchase for a child under 18 or for a first time phone. I bought it for my six old who had scheduled phone times with his dad. I only mentioned this because sometimes this type of information helps someone make a decision they are unsure about.

I bought an iPad for a family member. He did not know how to use it. The Geek Squad answered his questions and helped him figure out how to watch movies on it. Tristan was kind, polite and very patient with my family member. They also helped me with my iMac. I decided to pass the computer to extended family. I attempted to erase it to get rid of all my resonance data. I ran into problems. I took it in and they were able to make sure my computer was erased and back to factory settings. Buy the warranty, it is worth it.

I always like to get protection plan. Gives mr piece of mind.

I love this phone and I purchased the extra protection for it, so if I experienced any problems with it , it would be covered. The phone has never given me any problems, so I have never had to use the Geek Squad Protection. I am very familiar with Geek Squad Protection and when I make a purchase, I always purchase it, as I know they will be able to handle any problems, in case I need it.

I love how easy geek squad protection has been whenever a phone is broken and I have used this plan many times for phones. It covers everything including a broken screen but it doesn't cover when you lose your phone. This time, the phone was lost so, if you have a family member that constantly loses things then consider the cheapest phone with no plan. Usually, I do get a one year plan to ensure I did not get a lemon because they will fix, replace or show you how to make it work.

If u gets devices this is a must to buy. So easy just take broken one to Best Buy and they replace

I am more confident on my chances of retaining Cell phone service with the Geek Squad Service plan.

Happy I purchased this. I've had my phone for 15 months and all of a sudden it didn't want to charge. I made an appointment and the agent attempted to repair it so I wouldn't have to get a new phone, however he was unsuccessful but apologetic. He explained the entire process to me and ordered me a new phone with only having to pay the deposit of the insurance.

Haven’t needed any help yet. But asked many questions as to what services are applied for what reasons and what the extended warranty cost vs. just the manufacturers warranty. Which was a learning experience for me. I’m accident prone. Aka I’m human. And everyone needs geek squad by their sides as a reliable backup for accidental damages.

This is well worth the price. They know their skills and get things repaired very quickly. So far the computer, laptop, Lorex DVR, my cell phone glitches. I buy a year at a time and will continue to do so.

It really is very good even if I claim a product and it arrived with defects. But the good thing about Geek squad is that they have resolved as quickly as possible.

Buying this has given me the piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, the Geek Squad has our back. I did call for some tech support help on the setup of my device. The Geek Squad walked me through every step and made it easy to start using it.

the geek squad people are very knowledgeable and even though i have never had to get there services during the plan period i know id be in good hands if i ever needed them.

My phone developed some type of Glitch, I wasn't able to navigate around. Took it to the store, Geek Squard took it through a test, decided to replace it and port my important pictures and numbers. So helpful. Deceased my anxiety.
