Moody Marsden - Real Faith - VINYL LP

Originally released in 1994, Real Faith reunites legendary guitarists Micky Moody and Bernie Marsden for a powerful blend of blues rock, soul, and melodic hard rock. Known for their iconic work in Whitesnake's early years, the duo channels that same chemistry into a set of original compositions rich in groove and guitar interplay. The album features a full band lineup, including Peter Stroud on bass, John Trotter on drums, and Josh Phillips on keyboards, with guest appearances by harmonica virtuoso Mark Feltham and a brass section that adds punch and texture. Moody and Marsden trade lead vocals and guitar solos with effortless synergy, delivering performances that are both fiery and refined. The songwriting is rooted in classic blues traditions but infused with contemporary flair and emotional depth. From slow-burning ballads to upbeat rockers, the album showcases their versatility and enduring musicianship. Real Faith stands as a testament to their legacy beyond Whitesnake, offering a mature, soulful take on British blues rock. Ideal for fans of guitar-driven storytelling and timeless rock craftsmanship, this remains a hidden gem in their shared discography. Album Tracks 1. Awakening/My Kind of Woman (Real Faith) 2.
