Very heavy and I’ve had a ton of morphine battery cases also doesn’t work with the vent charger and is a pain. Never fully charges on the wireless chargers either and is hard to find the sweet spot. I may have to return it.

Horrible. Don’t waste your money. To big and heavy to use any car mount. Doesn’t really give much “extra charge”... maybe 1/4. I initially bought this when I switched to an iPhone and had the Samsung cord free charger stand. Again to big to fit properly. I had it for a year, it’s cracked, chipped and now won’t take a charge. The only positive thing I can say is it lasted longer than Otter box.

Needed a new case. Boy did I pick the wrong one. Not able to charge phone. Tried all the shortcut tricks to correct the issue. Still won’t charge. The unit itself charges, but will not transfer charge to phone. Returning for refund. Not worth the money. Looked at reviews after I bought, no wonder it was on sale. Uggh, smh.

Had this product for less than a week and it would not charge my phone. I followed all the instructions but still wouldn’t work. I would have returned it but due to the covid19 Policy i don’t know if they accept returns. Would not recommend this product

The battery pack only charges your phone once. Completely over priced. I’ve had one similar that I got off amazon and I could go a whole day without having to recharge the battery pack.

Don’t waste your money. I have an iPhone pro 11 and it doesn’t have enough stamina to even charge it 1/2 way. It also gets hot while it’s charging.

I have purchased many juice packs before for different iPhone versions. This juice pack for the iPhone 11 max pro does not fully charge your iPhone. You will be disappointed like I am. It’s deceiving they should put it on the outside of their package. Mophie is award of this. I call them. Do not buy it.

Poor product, previous Mophies i have had for Iphone 6 & 8 Plus have provided enough Joules of energy to provide 125% battery capacity, this is a poorly made product & pales in comparison to other models

The case sucks it doesn’t charge phone fully plus if your phone fall believe me it will crack the case has no protection and doesn’t give you nomore than 30 percent of extra battery life don’t waste yo money

They don’t make this product the way they used to with quality. It does not keep a charge. And I bought it brand new this is a horrible product as well as the iPhone charger from Apple.

It doesn’t really help to charge it it doesn’t last that long and I have to have two chargers to used it since it doesn’t work with iPhone charger

This mophie case sucks doesn’t even charge your phone to a 100 % I will be returning it

I took my phone down to 38%on the iPhone 11 Pro max and I was only able to get my phone up to 62%. This has happen more than once

Battery life was really lame didn’t even last me an hour or give me at least 20 percent really disappointed

Just charge my phone to 40%. I will return it. So bad.
