I have had several Mophie Juice Packs through the years, and this one isn't as good. Older models would automatically charge when needed. I did not realize these provided zero protection. When I removed the case I discovered my iPhone was shattered. Why would Apple make a glass phone and why wouldn't Zagg/Mophie provide more protection?

Really Inconvenient how big the case is, even including the idea that's it's a whole other battery. Not enough milli amps per hour for the price, and really heats up your phone and in fact doesn't even charge it

I’ve had multiple mophie cases over the years & I loved them all but this one by far is the worst. I left my house at 7:30 this morning with a 74% battery & at 9am my phone is still stuck on 86% with 1 light left on the case. I don’t know if maybe I got a defective case but my brother who has the same phone & case has the same problem. Anybody else have this problem? Is there another option for a mophie case for the XS??

I was excited to hear about this product. Connectivity, features, capacity, and design are nice. However, I did not find this battery to be efficient in charging an iPhone X. Item was returned and I am using the Apple Smart Battery case for the iPhone Xs.

This is my 4th Mophie. I'm very familiar with how this product is supposed to work. I charged this Mophie all the way before my Europe trip. When my phone was about to die, I turned the Mophie on to charge the phone. The Mophie charged my phone up to 52% and then stopped charging. All the dots on the back were black indicating there was no more power left in the Mophie case to apply to the iPhone. I was extremely disappointed in this. I then plugged the Mophie into the wall to charge; nothing. The lights would not blink indicating it was charging. I'm not sure if I can return this item for a refund since I threw the box away when I opened it.

This failed as both a charger and a case. Mine is probably just a defective fluke and I'm sure the ones that work are lovely at providing power like it's supposed to. However before I could return it and it was still on my phone as a case, my iphone screen cracked. This never happened with my normal phone case in over a year of several impacts. If you get one that works and need the charging for a specific reason I recommend having a sturdier option for the rest of the time.

I bought iPhone case charger I thought it was good but I put to charge for like a couple hours and then I used and it supposed to charge my phone fast and the charge in the case supposed to last for like 24 hours and it not even last like 25 minutes charge and it wouldn’t get my phone fully charged

Dont do it. To heavy and not enough juice to justify the weight.

This sucked big time. Overheated a lot and I had to return it because after a week of using it it wouldn’t charge anymore. Used the iPhone adapter to charge and it seemed like it was the right amount of power. Returned it and went back to normal charging :/

I purchased this external battery for my husband. He fully charged it and began to use it right away. He noticed the battery did not keep a charge very long and it would die out very quickly. We returned the product to Best Buy for a full refund.

I HAVE HAD THIS PRODUCT BEFORE WITH MY IPHONE 6 AND IT WAS GREAT. HOWEVER THIS ONE, WHEN MY PHONE IS DEAD IT WILL CHARGE IT FOR ABOUT 20 MINS AND STOP. IT IS POINTLESS FOR ME TO EVEN USE IT.

I’ve had Mophie products before, but I would t recommend this one. I’ll try a replacement, just because my lightning port is going out, but very disappointed in this case.

Did not work at all, had to return. Decently priced but did not charge my iPhone at all, and got support through the company and still could not get it to charge.

It was not that good, only months after owning it it would die really quick and give me almost no charge. Would not buy again.

It’s a total waste of money .. please don’t buy this crap .. charges the battery Very slow for 40% and needs to be charged again .

The box said that it’ll keep my phone charged for 25 hours and I barely get an hour of charge. Very disappointed in this purchase.

This charger is weak. Half of the time it doesn’t even work. I can’t wait to return this once the store reopens.

Takes a while for your phone to charge completely. And takes the whole battery to get up from 50% to 100%

It took over an hour to charge and once fully charged, it took over an hour to charge my phone. I returned it.

I only get about 30 minutes of charging and the 30 minutes only gives me about 5-10% of battery.
