I liked this Mophie because you’re still able to use the lightning port on the iPhone, and there’s a separate one to plug in the mophie case as well. However, it never fully charged my phone, even if I had it plugged in, or used my wireless charger. It would overheat when charging as well. It was tricky getting off my phone, compared to prior mophies, but the buttons on the side seemed better quality than other models, which would typically break off on mine. Also lighter than prior models!

I bought this to extend the life of my iPhone battery. I do like how this case is styled, much better than apple’s attempt, but I don’t think the extra battery life is a good as advertised. It gives my iPhone about 40-50% more battery. This is nice but not really the extra power I was looking for. Also, I’m not convinced that it works well with wireless charge pads. When I place my phone and case in a wireless charge pad, it will charge the phone to about 75% and the battery case to about 50%. I work around this just by plugging the case in to an outlet with the included usbc chord. I got it on sale and with a gift card so the cost to me wasn’t that bad. If not I DEFINITELY would not buy this case for full price. Simply not worth it.

Doesn't charge all the way up but will get recharge until about 75%. Also gets very hot when charging in you pocket.

If they sell the Apple one for your phone get that one because it’s way better. The case charger is always dying fast & it overheats the phone.

I’ve always used otterbox defender cases every since the company began. This is the first time I’ve tried something new. I liked the idea of getting a little more battery life out of my phone. The case took me a few days to get use to but I’ve actually started to like carrying it. The battery life could most definitely be better but it is nice having a little extra juice towards the end of the day when I need it. I managed to snag this case for $50 so for the price I’m not to upset about it. I definitely wouldn’t pay $100 for it though.

Thought I’d get a full charge but only get a couple of hours of charge. Very disappointing and a heavy case

It’s okay, not great. Bought it thinking my phone would last all day when I went on my vacations. Only gives your phone a little boost. So don’t depend on this to get you through the day. I still had to rely on my portable battery pack. Also not very durable. I’ve dropped it from my bed to the floor and it has pieces missing. Along with it cracked the back of my phone.

I’ve used charging cases before and I was looking forward to buying this as my phone’s battery had deteriorated a bit. I’m mixed on this case. On one hand it feels great, is well-made and charges relatively quickly. On the other hand, for about $70, it only adds 40% to your battery which is not much.

Mophie juice is a nice case and protects your phone well. The battery back up is ok at best. It might charge your phone 50% at best. I have been a little disappointed and the two mohie cases I have purchased and it s quite expensive too.

as a case to protect the phone, it's great. And if I am generally connected to wifi and only need extra support at the end of the day, I am good. I was in DC for two weeks and that was a different story. Just not enough uumphf!

The only bad thing that I find on this Juice Pack, is that it uses a different port USB C to charge the battery and is not compatible with apple

I’ve gotten many of these over the years but I find that they don’t last that long at all for the price of what you pay for them it’s not really worth it

It’s says it’ll assist up to 25 hours of battery life but it doesn’t. The case is durable and sleek. It still comes in handy when my battery is low. Overall I enjoy the case.

This lasted me for a couple of months, but soon couldnt hold as great of a charge. For the time that it did work, it was very useful

Seems as though it doesn’t charge but keeps the battery level steady. Also gets very warm.
