This is overall a great case and charger. The only reason why not 5 stars is it does get warm to the touch when charging. It’s a little bulky but considering it’s charging your phone, definitely worth the little bit extra in size.

Well built and well designed. It adds extra juice about 50 to 60%. It charges wirelessly the battery pack and the Iphone X. It added a USB-C option to charge the case and the phone on top of the of the direct charging lightning cable!

This was the first power pack I have purchased. So far it been great, my phone lasts a lot long I can play on it for hours without charging. I also have dropped it and still provides great protection overall very nice .

The case charges using usb-c or wirelessly. There is no chin because the case will charge the phone wirelessly. Unfortunately the case does not provide a full charge for an iPhone X. So it will add approximately 75%. Besides that, it looks great and the weight gives it a good feel. Pro: No chin. Charges wirelessly. Cons: Does not provide a full charge. The case doesn't have an on/off switch. You have to hold the button down to turn it on. Hit or miss.

Compact design. Offers good protection for the phone. Love the open charge design that allows you to access the Mophie port or the phones lightning port.

This is my 3rd Mophie battery purchase. Great products that deliver as promised. As a road warrior it’s especially valuable to have extra battery for those unexpected airline delays or travel interruptions. The battery design is low profile and doesn’t add much bulk to the phone. The four corners on the front of the case are raised slightly to protect the phone screen when the phone is laid down on it’s face. I’d give it 5 stars if they would use the same cable input as the iPhone. iPhone is lightning input while Mophie is USB-C. Otherwise great product!

Durable and rugged. Easy installation and external battery lasts as marketed.

This is a godsend because I used to have 6-7 portable chargers in my bag and that's so much extra weight and you have the hassle of plugging in a charger. But it seems to stay on and run the battery out even when the phone battery is full. And it doesn't seem to hold a charge for very long. Still, it's better than carrying the extra chargers.

The battery pack is great as it uses wireless charging to charge your phone so you still have access to the phone's lightning port. I have had this case for a little while now and I wish the battery lasted longer. It will only charge my phone once before being completely dead.

i would recommend this product to everyone. It has great quality and really helps me with not having my phone die. I would recommend to anyone with cell phone.

This case is perfect if you need a quick charge. However it will not charge your phone all the way to 100%. Still a great battery case though!

This mophie juice pack is an excellent choice to help extend the life of cellphone battery not too expensive

Great battery, not sure how much protection it will give the screen but we will see.

A little heavy. Find myself not using it as much as I thought.

Can be charged wirelessly. Works well so far, about two weeks in.

Great back up for my phone. It adds about 60% more battery life.

The only real complaint I would have with this is that it did not charge my phone back up to 100%. In the past, the Mophie chargers would charge up to 100%, but this one only charged to about 80%. We'll see, that was the first time I used it, so we'll see if any future charges do the same.

They changed the charging input on these which makes it a bit more inconvenient, especially when convenience is the reason you have it. Otherwise, great help at the end of the day to charge your phone.
