Q: Is there a wifi on/off switch on the modem?
A: There is not a physical switch on the cable modem router to enable or disable the Wi-Fi functionality.
Q: Is this compatible with xfinity
A: Yes, we use Xfinity and this router and it works.
A: Yes. I use the TP-Link RE700X range extender. Using either its WiFi or ethernet connection, the extender provides a substantial 10X increase in signal strength to my AV system.
Q: What is the release date for this device?
A: Already been released I have one... Seems like a supply issues getting supply to retailers though you can buy it direct from moto website...
