A: I was told by a Consumer Cellular rep that this phone will work fine outside the USA, but best if you choose to use T-Mobile for your carrier via Consumer Cellular if you want service outside the US. If you simply call Consumer Cellular they can fill you in on specifics for wherever you might need to use the phone. They are very friendly. This phone is very friendly to use and we like it very much.

A: No. This phone is locked to Consumer Cellular. We suggesr getting the unlocked Moto phones to make sure it will be compatible -Jess

A: I would call Consumer Cellular because Best Buy no longer carries them. We are very satisfied with Consumer Cellular as they are very helpful with any questions you might have.
