Don't work out of the Box - DO NOT BUY

Received yesterday and not a single radio works. They won't even charge. We tried using fresh AA batteries in place of the rechargeable ones and the radio still won't work. Back to Best Buy they go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Do not under any circumstances buy this product. Right out of the box, wouldn’t turn on and wouldn’t charge. Took time to make sure it wasn’t anything I was doing incorrectly. Nope. They just don’t work. I returned them and purchased Midland walkie talkies instead. I’ve been very happy with those.

Bought to us while hiking with kids. Work great. Easy to sync any number of them. Never lost contact, though we didn’t stretch the range.w. Would buy again.
