I needed a monitor mount that was strong enough to support my large curved monitor that I would be able to use for both work and for gaming. I didn't want something that was going to sag or have to constantly adjust and with this mount I've not had to do any of that. I move working and gaming positions a lot to stay comfortable and each time I move the monitor it stays exactly where I want it to be. The RGB lighting is awesome when I am gaming and helps the transition from work mode to fun mode with the quick adjustments on the base easy to access and change. I still need to work on some cable management to make this look as good as it performs.

This monitor arm has been such a nice upgrade for my desk. Super sturdy, super easy to move around, and it makes my setup look way cleaner. The little RGB lights give it a cool vibe without being too much. Setup wasn’t hard at all, and it holds my big monitor like a champ. Honestly, it just makes my whole workspace feel way nicer.

Been months now using with a 32” LG Ultragear. No dip or sag. Very sturdy! The clamp is heavy steel and directly goes on my wooden desk. Seems to be very well built

Honestly, this went a bit beyond my expectations. The joint movement and damping feel very smooth. The look is stylish, and the paint finish is definitely better than most products on the market. I did have some doubts since I was planning to use it to support my LG C3 48-inch TV and worried it might be too heavy, but the result turned out great.

Setup took about 15 minutes even though the instructions were a little unclear. Works great with my 27” monitor—much sturdier than the stock stand. If you need VESA 75x75, go with a proper mount instead of adapters for a cleaner look. Rock solid even on my sit/stand desk.

Easy to install and frees up room on my desk. Feels secure and I have had no issues using it with my standing desk.

Has limited range of motion for right to left movement. And also bottoms base does not spin all the way around so also limited range of motion at the base. The spring for the up down tilt is too strong for my 27inch. I had to tie it all the way tight for it not to tilt up which then made it difficult to tilt up and down. This monitor arm would be good for an 34-39 ultra wide and fantastic for the heavy super ultra wides where maybe the monitor won't move a whole lot. I returned. Great monitor arm. Doesn't fit my needs

MSI sent the product to my billing address and not my shipping address. Either something is broken between Best Buy's API with MSI, but it was annoying. On top of that, when they replaced the product, they sent me the wrong one. Best Buy should not carry products that are unable to support. That's the real frustration here. The basically told me there was nothing they could do.
