The Ventus line from MSI always gets the brunt of the criticism from the gaming community: Known for being overly expensive and made from cheap materials, it *does* the job just as much as any other RTX card, and for that, I can't complain, however, these are priced at an almost disappointing rate, even the EVGA cards which are favorited amongst the community are not as expensive as the MSI brand. The 3070 2x is a little card that can fit inside any ITX case, however it does get rather hot, keep that in mind.

Managed to purchase it seconds after it restocked at this website. It’s been 2 years since I had it and I can now say…..I recommend. Build: Said GPU R 5 5600x 16G ram X570 Arous Elite Corsair 4000D case Currently running on stock fans lol Ultra-gear monitor Pfrmc: 80-100fps on Dying Light 2 on average settings Make sure that you’re pairing it with a well selected cpu for a safe/good combo. Don’t bottleneck. Cons: Price can be a turn off.

So I want to preface that this is not the graphics card I intended to buy, but was simply the only one I’ve had the chance of purchasing. Wanted the 3080 FE or gigabyte vision 3080, but times are tough and I’ll take what I can get. I upgraded from a 1070ti and this card is about double the performance across all the games I play including FFXIV, destiny 2, and Control. It easily plays everything well above 60fps at 1440p at max settings. Even control at max settings, rtx, and dlss on gets about 80fps which is incredible. At stock settings, this card runs a bit hot. I was getting around 75-76 at load, which sucks. This card has a less than stellar heat sink and the 2 fans can only do so much, making this card noticeably loud in my case when playing games. You 100% will need to undervolt this card to get those temps down. Luckily with the undervolt and a decent overclock to 1905mhz and a custom fan curve set, I can keep temps steady at about 70c while playing games while also keeping the fans a bit quieter, albeit still louder than my strix 1070ti ever got. Overall, if this is the only option you end up coming across or can afford, as it’s for sure one of the cheapest 3070’s you can get currently, I recommend it with the caveat that you WILL need to tweak the card’s settings through msi afterburner. Stock settings are terrible and make the card worse. Performance is great overall though after the tweaks.

Runs a bit warm (75° under load) and a tad load but an absolute beast of a card for 1440p. Given the current GPU purchasing climate, no complaints.

As a 3070, it's a good pick for a middle of the road performance in the 30-series lineup. This particular model is fairly compact so it fits well in a range of system cases.

Over priced, but besides that it’s great for a small 3070. Run on the warm side, but not anything that warrants concern.

It's a 3070. Probably the best chip this gen price to performance. This particular card isn't very flashy or shiny, could be cooler. But hey if you get a good price 3070's are amazing.

Time for an upgrade for my old gpu been wanting to upgrade since last year and finally got my hands on this. So far it's been good and loving it hope this can last for a while.

Ordered this for a friend thats been trying to get one. He's been nothing but happy with it coming from a GTX 1070 and hasnt had any problem with it. The price of course isn't ideal, but at least it was from Best Buy and not a nerdy scalper.

Runs really warm. I had to open up my case to keep it cooler. With the case closed it would run 80 deg c or higher under load. I use the nzxt h510 for reference.

So far it’s ran the games I want to play at 60FPS on very high settings. I wanted a 3080 but as you know they are much harder to get and more costly as well.

Pretty poggers and makes me widepeepohappy, puts all my games on ultra graphics automatically.

With the shortage and how hard they are to come by, I felt I was lucky to get this. It's pretty good for the money if you are heavy in to gaming.

Had picked up a 6600XT but as many will talk about, the driver issues were just too annoying to deal with so opted for this card. Even above MSRP this card is a great buy, Instore for around 800

Upgraded from a 1060 w/6GB to this and it is a huge improvement! No more dropped frames in 4K games on high settings.
