I can't get over how buttery smooth the 240hz refresh rate combined with Gsync is! If you're serious about FPS games then you should seriously consider this monitor. It's the perfect size at 24.5", there are no ugly logos on the front of the monitor because they save all of the logos and RGB for the back of the monitor, it's incredibly easy to adjust settings with the single button joystick on the back, and the eye fatigue setting really works, I went from getting headaches and slightly dizzy to none of those issues. Thank you MSI for making a professional grade tournament style monitor at an affordable price!

This monitor is capable of displaying 240 frames per second (FPS) without screen tearing (if you have an nVIDIA video card). You can tell the screen is smoother and sharper at 240fps. After using this 144hz seemed slow. It can't display as many colors as an IPS panel monitor, but the TN panel in has a faster pixel response time; so the picture will look sharper when in motion. The panel in this MSI does have improved colors over the 144hz TN panels of past though, and is fine as long as you don't need HDR expanded color spaces. MSI's 24.5" 240hz panel is the same as ASUS's. I prefer MSI's stand and bezel though. The stand is wider and set back farther than the ASUS which lets you move your keyboard closer to the monitor. The bezel has no branding (on purpose) for less distraction when you are concentrating on the screen.

This is a great monitor if you're looking for something that is 1080p, is under 25 inches, and ALSO has g-sync. For a 1080p monitor, games look pretty awesome on this. The build quality is very solid, and there is zero wobble on the monitor (even when you adjust it for height). The package does come with both an HDMI cable and a DisplayPort cable. Putting this together is pretty easy, even if you don't look at the included instructions. Overall, I'd recommend this.

It’s marketed as an e-sports monitor and that’s what it is. While in windows the colors suck and I noticed a little flashing, but when used as it’s marketed for it’s excellent. I gave it 5 stars because if you buy this monitor it should be for gaming and utilizing the 240Hz and G-Sync and I got it on sale for $350. If you have to pay more or are going to use it for something else I would recommend looking elsewhere. Side note, I had an Alienware AW2518H before this and returned it because the MSI went on sale. The Alienware was a little nicer but not worth the added expense. Of course my luck the Alienware went on sale after I bought the MSI for the same price. So my two cents, if the MSI is cheaper buy it, same price go with Alienware.

I have never purchased a gaming monitor before this one. The only reason I got it was to match the G-Sync video card. So far so good.

This monitor is stunning! The 240hz feels like butter and makes my games look beautiful. The eye saver mode is also amazing for I do not get headaches when gaming for long periods of time.

I’ve had this monitor for a couple years now. Color is a little off, but this was the first gen 240hz monitors out there. Occasionally I’d have to turn it off and back on due to weird tearing at the edge, but that was very seldom. It was incredible how much the extra fps helped competitive gameplay. Happy I went this route. MSI makes solid products that are built to last

Overall, a great monitor, great size, great with picture quality. I went from 60 HZ curved monitor to this beauty. can definitely tell the difference when building on fortnite.

I recently bought this monitor on Cyber Monday for a steal of $350. For a 240hz Gsync Monitor this is great, but there are just some minor things I didn't know before I bought it. First of all to unlock 240hz you have to use the DP port. If you use the HDMI, you will be capped at 60. Secondly, there is no MSI Logo in the front, not like it matters. Lastly, if this is your second monitor make sure you put on G-sync in settings because it will be automatically off when you receive it! Best of Luck, -Bladezys

I've been looking for the perfect gaming monitor for my GTX 1070. I had a 75hrz 2ms gaming monitor and i could totally tell the difference between this MSI and the other one. I have been waiting for the Alienware AW2418H to go on sale but this one has practically all the same characteristics. I am very happy with my TN panel purchase and it is easy to setup. The colors came perfect out of the box and with the joystick on the back on the monitor, it makes it even more easier to work with.

I got this back when there was no reviews and questions and for the past 3 months this has been an amazing monitor. Way faster then that overprice Alienware one and the fastest monitor to purchase now. Not just including hz. The control stick on the back is amazing to use and it has a great premium metal quality

This monitor is NOT edge to edge...there is an almost 1/4" gap all the way around between the display area and the bezel. The 2 biggest pictures of this monitor on the MSI website clearly shows the display area going all the way to the bezel, but it does not. Spoke with MSI Tech Support and they said, I am paraphrasing, "there is no fix for this and return the monitor to the retailer".
