My Favorite Blonde - BLU-RAY

Rip-roaring comic yarn stars Bob Hope as wisecracking vaudeville penguin trainer Larry Haines, whose railroad ride to a Chicago gig finds him being charmed by beautiful Brit Karen Bentley (Madeleine Carroll). He learns way too late that she's actually an intelligence operative carrying secret military plans, and must aid her with dodging Axis agents in a cross-country chase. With Gale Sondergaard, George Zucco, Victor Varconi and, in an unbilled cameo, Bing Crosby. 78 min. Standard; Soundtrack English; Subtitles English; audio commentary; theatrical trailer.
