My Sister's Keeper tells the story of eleven-year-old Anna Fitzgerald, who was only conceived to donate body parts to her sister, who is suffering from leukemia. But one day Anna demands self-determination over her own body. This expression of will could split the Fitzgeralds into two camps or lead them to the realization of what a family is actually about: affection -- but also dignity.
