A: Information is needed. You never gave which iPhone you have. This is self answering if you know how big the battery is on your phone. Look it up online. If it is 4000mAh, then you can recharge about 5 times. mAh add up, like pounds. Divide 20,000 by how ever large the mAh is on your device. There is always loss through heat, so you will never get the actual numbers in the specs.

A: I've recently had to change out a number of cables because electronics were either slow to charge or not charging. So far it has made a big difference on all of my devices, including the charger. So far, I love mine.
