Answered by FuncleMaxisThat is correct. For charging from the device to your phone it is wireless. You set it on top and it magsafe connects. The only time you need a cord is when you charge the battery pack itself.
Can this be used as an overnight charger and only unplugged when you need to transport a charger ?
