Don't order this online....it won't get activated. Then I spent over an hour the next day trying to get them to activate the cards. And you can't return them. The customer service people got frustrated, management got frustrated....it was just a bad situation. If you need a shutterfly gift card, buy it in store....not online.

If you want a easy gift for people, this might be it... but it seems the employees won't know where it is. And not all stores carry it. The ones that do, you will find it in the camera area--perhaps even the bottom shelf.

Don't buy these as Best Buy doesn't know how to activated these cards without giving you the run around. Just spent 30 minutes on phone with them and then they hung up on me. Still not activated so I called Shutterfly and now the person that I gave them to has to call Shutterfly. What an great gift-NOT!!!!!

I Ordered two of these cards for a Christmas gift. Cards were delivered on time and given. When the recipient tried to redeem the cards they were rejected as not activated. After an hour and fifteen minutes on the phone with customer service it was finally decided they could not be activated by phone and they sent me two replacement cards. The replacement cards arrived and these too were not activated, After another 45 minutes on the phone with customer service they told me to take the cards to a Best Buy store for activation. The closest Best Buy is over an hour away but we made the trip and they were also unable to activate the cards and issued me a refund. Well over 3 hours of my life lost on gift cards and the recipient still doesn't have the gift. One star rating is only because I can't give a zero.

Couldn't use the cards, and the store refused to activate them. I called the help line a dozen times and no one ever came to the line to help me.

these are hard to find to buy in stores, was glad to find best buy had them but they only had 2 and they weren't out anywhere they were stuck behind the camera areas register.

I bought 2 of these online as a gift and when they tried to use them they were not activated. After being bounced around between bestbuy.com, shutterfly, and the best buy store they were finally reshipped by bestbuy.com. I received the reshipped cards and they were not activated either. I am supposed to get my money back but ultimately a lot of time was wasted and a present was a disappointment. I recommend buying directly from the shutterfly website.

I bought 2 of this online to gift it to my friend on his birthday, picked up at the local store. To my embarrassment my friend called me and said that the cards weren't activated. I called up Best buy customer care couple of times, no luck, everyone directed me to go to store. At store I had to spend an hour with help desk to get this issue resolved. I expect the process to be simple and easy with gift cards.

The number Best Buy emails you doesn't work in Shutterfly's system. I had to spend 15min on online chat with their support to get it working. Not convenient at all. Shutterfly's support was great though

Ordered by mail and when received said they had not been activated. When notified customer service tey said shutterfly had to do it got the run around. Horrible customer service.

I wish that you could immediately upload this gift card to Shutterfly, like you do with most other gift cards. Unfortunately, you have to wait until you're ready to check out. If I would have known this, I probably wouldn't have purchased. I'm afraid by the time I need to redeem, I'll forget about it or something. It was nice that Best Buy sent the gfft card directly to my email, though.

They will take your money and shrug their shoulders if you buy online!!! Buy it in store if available or not at all because they can't scan them to activate them. Customer service sent me a new one which was also not activated so it's really disappointing.

The code was sent to me via email about 30 mins after the order. The activation code worked as it should, which allowed me to order a photo book via shutterfly right away.
