Norton is not a company i can trust. After signing up for 60 day trial, they charged my card 25 days into the trial - not even after the 60 day period. Also they charged my card $365 instead of the $99 per year charge. I contacted them and they swiftly initiated a refund but it is very sneaky how they charge the card much before the trial is supposed to end. In their confirmation email the trial end date is front and center but the auto renewal charge date is hidden at the bottom of the email. You could miss it entirely. Anyways, disappointed the BB partners with such a sneaky company.

I recently signed up for LifeLock Ultimate Plus Identity Theft Protection, and I am thrilled with the peace of mind it has provided. With so much of our lives online these days, I was increasingly concerned about my personal information being compromised. LifeLock Ultimate Plus has exceeded my expectations in terms of security and ease of use. The first thing I appreciated was the comprehensive protection provided. They monitor everything from my social security number to my bank accounts and even my social media accounts. Any suspicious activity is immediately flagged and reported to me. I love feeling like someone is watching out for me, especially in such a vulnerable area as identity theft. Another thing I really appreciate is the customer service. Anytime I have had a question or concern, they have been quick to respond and resolve any issues. It's clear that they truly care about their customers and take the responsibility of protecting our identities seriously. Lastly, the ease of use of the service is fantastic. Once you set up your account, everything is automatic. They handle all of the monitoring and alert you as needed. It's great to have that level of protection without having to constantly monitor it yourself. Overall, I would highly recommend LifeLock Ultimate Plus Identity Theft Protection. It has given me the peace of mind I was looking for and exceeded my expectations in terms of service and protection.

I wanted able to fully activate all the features before it locked me out. The app closed as soon as it verified my biometrics. I tried signing back in but never got the authentication email. My best buy account says I haven't activated it but i already did. Now I'm trying to get should of customer service to cancel before I'm charged for a product I can't use.

I could give it a higher rating if i didnt have ppl constantly trying to make me look bad. They stole it and like 5 email accounts isk if thats an exaggerated amount but close if its over if of not by much
