I have other walking tapes and DVDs from Leslie Sansone and was looking for a new, different workout I could do in the bedroom easily. At first I thought this DVD would not be a good choice for me, but I was wrong. It does the boosted walking and gives a good 5 mile workout. It is not Leslie's usual workout with an entire group and she talks less, which is a plus for me. I thought it was a good workout and am happy with my purchase.

I really enjoy walking to this video! It allows you to walk 1, 2, or the 5 miles. You can stop when you feel tired, but Leslie motivates you to continue. The last two minutes of every mile, you can bump up your metabolism by doing a slow jog. It gets your heart pumping, but Vic for some reason you can't you can always continue at your own pace!,

This DVD has the potential to be boring, but I find that because it's so simple to follow, I can turn the sound down and listen to my own music or a podcast. If you use hand weights or jog in place you can definitely work up a sweat. If it's cold or raining and you can't walk outside, this dvd is a good choice.

Have many of the walking tapes. I get variety in my workout and can get whatever level of intensity I want. Also I get results.

This is the first walking DVD I have used. I had neck surgery and have had to stop using most of my workout DVD's. This workout can be used by ALL fitness levels easily as you add a mile and intensity. The instructor doesn't make you feel like you have to do everything perfectly and is very encouraging. I am looking to buy more of her DVD's so I can alternate the workouts. You won't go wrong buying this one!

I have just recently started walking with Leslie. The variety her DVD's offer is outstanding. I like this format..choose 1 mile up to 5; some with a group, some with Leslie alone. It's up to you. You can boost the intensity by light jogging, using arm movements, taking bigger steps. Walking is great exercise and low impact. High impact movements will strain your joints after a while. It IS possible to get a fat-burning, heart pumping workout with these DVD's. They are just what I need to keep my heart healthy and my weight down.

This workout is awesome. You work your butt of and SWEET SWEET SWEET!! I love doing this and mile 2 is the BUTT KICKER. I have lost 22lbs doing Leslie's DVDs. I started Jan. 31 2011.
